Independence Day Poster Making Competition 2025
The Department of English at DB Pampa College, Parumala, in association with the Literary and Debate Club, organized an Independence Day Poster Making Competition on the theme “One Nation, Many Voices”. The competition invited participation from higher secondary and undergraduate students, encouraging them to express their creativity and patriotism through art. Participants were asked to upload their hand-drawn posters as collaboration posts with the department’s Instagram page, @english.dbpc.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with students showcasing their artistic talent and deep sense of national pride. The first prize was awarded to Sreevinayak and Amina Arif of I BSc Chemistry, DB Pampa College; the second prize went to Adiprasad of Class XI, Thiruvanvandoor HSS; and the third prize was won by Srayath Saji of Class XI, DB HSS Parumala.
The competition successfully celebrated India’s diversity and unity, inspiring students to convey the spirit of Independence through creative expression. The Department of English congratulates all the winners and participants for their commendable efforts.
